About Us
The Fairway Falls Civic Association (FFCA) consists of all dues-paying residents and owners in Fairway Falls. It exists "to initiate, encourage, plan and participate in activities which will contribute to the general welfare of the community." The Association meets four times per year, on the third Thursday of September, January, April, and June. Local representatives are frequently in attendance to hear issues and share information.
Our fiscal year begins July 1. In April, a Board is elected for the coming fiscal year, and a budget is approved. The budget, funded entirely by annual dues, pays for important services including snowplowing &
salting in winter, and entranceway landscaping in summer.
Note that there are no common grounds in Fairway Falls; all areas are privately owned. Please be
considerate of your neighbors' property! The entranceway is owned by the State, but maintained by the community.
A community newsletter is printed
and distributed three times per year: in September, December, and May.
Annual dues are some of the lowest in the area. Dues for 2025-2026 are $60 per household.
See Community Dues for more information.
