Payments are due on or before July 31, 2024.

Dues for the fiscal year 7/2024 - 6/2025 are $50.00 per household. After July 31st, a $10 late fee will be applied for a total of $60.

This  year’s budget includes funds for the following:

$6,625.00 – Lawn maintenance and landscaping

$16,500.00 - Snow plowing and salting

$3,750.00 – Restoring stone wall at front entrance

$5,300.00 – Utilities, website, hotline, newsletter, and administrative fees

The easiest way to pay your dues is to go to SuperDues.  Select "Fairway Falls Civic Association" and follow the prompts.
