Community Living
We love our community, and every resident has a part to play. Make sure you're fulfilling your responsibility to maintain the quality of Fairway Falls by:
Obtaining architectural review - Save yourself a redo! Make sure you and your contractor have informed yourself of the approved finishes by section, and have submitted your plans for approval by the Architectural Committee. See Architectural Review for forms and lists.
Observing daily practices - See our Deed Restrictions for rules and practices that keep the community a great place to live.
Respecting each other - Follow the essential Dos and Don'ts to enhance everyone's enjoyment and safety.
Reporting issues - Use the list of Emergency Contacts for specific maintenance and security issues. Let us know what's on your mind via our FFCA contact information. And, consider volunteering for our Block Watch program.
Taking part - It means paying your dues and attending Association meetings; but it also means volunteering for tasks, working together, and having fun together. See our newsletters for ongoing information and opportunities.
At previous Civic Association meetings, several community members expressed interest in multiple community activities, including:
- Dog-walking club - for folks who want to walk dogs together
- Gardeners' Party - exchange plants and vegetables with your neighbors
- Grill Party - take a portable grill up to the circle, can be paired with a picnic.
If creating an "Activities Committee" is of interest to you, please reach out to fairwayfallsde@gmail.com and put "ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE" in the Subject line. If there is significant interest, someone will reach out to form the committee.
**No activity listed above or added in the future is specifically endorsed by the Fairway Falls Civic Association, even with their participation.**
